This Credit Guide is provided to you by Clunes Rural Pty Ltd (ABN {TBC}) (Clunes) in accordance with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).

Nicholas Clunes is an Australian Credit Representative ({ACR TBC}) authorised under Australian Credit Licence {ACL TBC} held by {Aggregator TBC}.

What we do
Clunes provides credit assistance for rural lending and rural asset finance products. We assess your credit requirements, identify suitable lenders and products, and arrange finance on your behalf.
Clunes is a credit representative. We do not provide financial advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.

Clunes accredits with a panel of bank and non-bank lenders. The full panel is available on request. Our Tier-1 launch panel includes:

How we are paid
Clunes is paid a commission by the lender when a loan is settled. This is typically calculated as a percentage of the loan amount. The specific commission amount for your transaction will be disclosed in your Credit Proposal Disclosure Document before you proceed.
Clunes does not receive commissions that vary based on the interest rate charged to you.
Conflicts of interest
Clunes has a duty to act in your interests. We manage potential conflicts by disclosing all remuneration and by recommending products on their suitability to your needs rather than on commission rates.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Receive this Credit Guide before we provide credit assistance
- Receive a Credit Proposal Disclosure Document before a loan application is lodged
- Request a copy of your credit file
- Make a complaint (see below)
